The Asetianist Path of Strength

Unbending strength. Ferocious strength. A strength that reaches down into the mystery of darkness and forbidden understanding as much as up into the light and spiritual wisdom. An edification of balance as song of alchemical secrets. Fierce and defiant. Bold and strong. Unyielding and relentless. The Asetianist Path of Strength may not be a definitive notion, as adapted terminology of the Aset Ka, to my knowledge at least, however it is my mere humble attempt to capture a deep and inseparable part of Asetianism; the road of Becoming, upon the darkest night as well as the brightest day, that inevitably calls for Strength - the rising of a Phoenix, and not the mere crumbling of ash... 

Strength in Asetianism, of course, goes in tandem, not just with a powerful spirit, an unrelenting one, but with all knowledge of the mysteries, of magick, and its arcane wisdom. Strength is the call of the wilds, the flight of a swift hawk, and the predator that strikes down; it is the enduring of silence, the mastery of that which hides within, and the depths of a darker understanding that breaks all chains of deceit but also pierces deeply into the knowledge of what may be considered taboo, transgressive and forbidden. It is only upon the call of honor from within that we may endure such a dark road, with newfound strength found in loyalty, courage, honesty and commitment; a path of flames not for the faint of heart, as Master Marques would call it. A determination with which to break all obstacles and shatter limitations...  

The Asetianist Path of Strength speaks implicitly for spiritual awareness, though it may be through obscurity and though it may be a dangerous road; but even more so the need thereof... even more so the need, in order to See, in Darkness... The taming of ego, the overcoming of mundanity, the fighting of weaknesses, so central and essential to the flaming Path of Aset... mastered, magickal, strong, in our introspection.

Make a Lifetime Worth Remembering

I asked myself the question, since I don't have recollection of previous lives, at least not in a deeply conscious sense, even if there can be intuitive nudges and subtle familiarities, whether I'd like to have a fuller recollection of past lives in future lives, and then particularly taking into consideration this life since that's what I have to do with now. My answer to this was that I'd probably not like to have a recollection of this life, because there's not that much worth remembering, I thought, seen from a deeper spiritual perspective in my contemplation. Then I thought, as a counterforce to that very same realization, that even though there are some important happenings in this lifetime overall, that's echoed into my spiritual development, there's been a general trend of decline, but that in order to counteract this, make a lifetime worthy of remembrance. The Metaphysical Nature of Reality: An Occult Point of View
