The Way of the Warrior: A Practical Insight

A spiritual Warrior, in terms of being a Warrior indeed, is not a metaphoric construct of language but a literal, practical reality. It is the strengthening of a roaring inferno of a defiant and liberating power within by the onslaught of Will. A strenuous focus on energy, awareness and intent as a synergistic key to generating force. This force is felt within and actively enforced by strength. It allows the Warrior to enhance his psychic senses and so pierce into otherwise unusual perceptions of worlds, energy fields, spirits and so on. Thus, the Warrior births the Seer and the Seer requires oneself to be a Warrior.

As to a certain methodology of generating force apart from usual conditions of practice but that can be more potent in terms of a challenge, it is most conducive to find this practice in certain intensities of heat and cold or other general discomforts even regularly found in daily life, where the focus is to sit in meditative quietude and deeply strengthen your energy field while being able to sense energy in spite of the physical discomfort, either that it's strikingly overwhelming by for example cold or piercingly lazing by heat. In either case one needs to be able to withstand it from being its effect and rather make oneself a cause beyond it. To be able to calmly and serenely sense energy in spite of these intruding inflictions to your senses. That's a very difficult task, even in lesser circumstances at times such as when you're to sit still in a posture in spite of it itching and aching and you feeling restless and disoriented by thought. That's the challenge to quell by an intense focus upon energy. It might take some considerable focus as well as inner resilience. While this is done and succeeded at in terms of the more demanding challenges, one may find that another dimension of perception opens up to oneself, when their meditative gaze has taken them, together with energy, to a subtler and finer range of perception that may border to the astral dynamics of existence by the sheer type of bordering phenomenon to sensory deprivation, however only somewhat similar in principle or resembling in kind but not necessarily the same. That's because one now senses energy in a whole other way to what the body is usually accustomed to under more average or regular conditions while the body is also in a more difficult state due to for example cold or heat, which does require one to exercise a great deal of strength and force.

However the main purpose of this practice is to remain grounded, anchored, in energy in spite of the physical challenges of discomfort in the way, so strengthening their focus, energy and force notwithstanding the difficulty, and so reaping a greater reward in terms of their own training. That's a challenge that may if consistent carry over to general inner strength of energy and force as well as to the finetuning of awareness towards the subtle despite the physical obstacles of the mind, so liberating it from the weight of those shackles. Ultimately, a Warrior makes themselves a weapon of energy, a force of intent, so the type of consistent training of the Warrior is essential to them in whatever ways it can be found.
